You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use our services or sign a residency agreement. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Applications and Reservations

Submitting an inquiry, application, or tour booking does not guarantee acceptance or availability. We may require verification of identity, employment or study status, and other information. Reservations and occupancy are subject to our approval and the terms of your signed agreement.

5. Residency Agreements

If you are accepted as a resident, your stay and rights are governed by a separate residency or license agreement. Those terms, including rent, duration, house rules, and termination conditions, take precedence over these general Terms to the extent of any conflict.
