Why We Started
In a world of increasing isolation, we saw a different way forward.
The LÖÖP was born from a simple observation: despite being more connected than ever digitally, people feel increasingly lonely. Traditional housing-isolated apartments, impersonal landlords, transient neighbors—wasn't helping.
We asked ourselves: what if living spaces were designed for connection? What if your home came with built-in community, shared experiences, and the opportunity to form real relationships?
That question led us to create The LÖÖP—a new kind of coliving space that combines the privacy and comfort of your own room with the warmth and richness of community life.
